VISITING ARTIST APPLICATION

Every year we bring in Visiting Artists from all over the world during our peak season from January through April.  Each artist who participates is expected to send at least 3 pieces of their artwork to the center 3 months prior to his or her event.  Each artist receives  a minimum of 3 days in our hot shop to prep for their event.  Our 'Artist Blow-Outs' which occur on a Friday night also features live music, drinks and nibbles and are always well attended.  The artist demonstrates from 6:30-9:30PM producing either 2 smaller pieces or 1 large piece. 

For some well-known artists we also host a Thursday night 'Meet the Artist' dinner where the artist performs a short demo during the cocktail hour as well as a power-point  presentation during the sit-down dinner.  this is an elegant affair which takes place in our fine art gallery and is limited to 40 people.
